Food is that thing people and animals to keep them alive .We should eat healthy food every day. Because healthy food sustains life, generates energy and maintain a healthy body. We get food from plants and animals. There are many types of food. Like carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, minerals. Examples for carbohydrates are starch and sugars. Chicken, fish, soya beans are protein heavy food. Oils and fatty acids are lipid heavy food. Vegetables and fruits are vitamin heavy food. Pizza, burger and fast food items are Unhealthy food. The number of calories in a food depends on the amount of energy. Lipids or fat have nine calories. Carbohydrates and proteins have four calories.
There are many advantages of having healthy food. Food generates energy, provides growth to all human beings. It provides structure to organisms, maintain healthy blood pressure and maintain a healthy body. There are some disadvantages of unhealthy food. Main part is our body is attacked by diseases. Like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, bone illness, stroke and allergic.
