Human body is made of muscles, blood, bones and various other living tissues. If any of these are injured or not working properly then we get ill. So it is important that we keep our body healthy.

Before we do exercise we should stretch the muscles. Then we can start exercise. It can be games, jogging, walking, swimming or yoga. Some people do exercise in the morning some people do exercises in the evening. There is no reliable evidence to suggest a good time for exercise. The time of day can influence how you feel when exercising

There are so many different calories we have every day according to age and weight and sex Everyone should have specific calories per day. Exercising the body is one way of keeping it healthy. If we do exercise we can reduce stress, boost happiness, chemicals. We can improve self confidence, boost brain power. Sharpen memory can be developed also. Exercise can increase creativity level.

Exercise is important. No exercise may result in a weak body. Too much of exercise may result in injury. None of the extremes are good. It is up to us to be sensible in exercising.
